Seit Dezember 2022 besteht zwischen Stuttgart Surge und dem Kultusministerium von Baden-Württemberg eine Kooperation. Dabei geht es um das Förderprogramm „Lernen mit Rückenwind“, in dem Schülerinnen und Schüler dabei unterstützt werden, Lernrückstände, die durch die Pandemie entstanden sind, aufzuholen. Das Programm bietet der Surge eine Basis dafür, ein geplantes Schulkonzept an Schulen zu bringen. Als Kooperationspartner des Kultusministeriums kann das Angebot der Surge von Schulen gebucht werden. Geplant und durchgeführt wird das Konzept unter der Leitung von Head Coach Jordan Neuman und weiteren Trainern und Spielern mit pädagogischer Zusatzqualifikation. Das Ziel dieser Kooperation ist es, interessierte Kinder für Football zu begeistern und eine Verbindung zu regionalen Sportvereinen herzustellen. Darüber hinaus können Kinder die positiven Kernelemente und Aspekte der amerikanischen Philosophie der positiven Verstärkung im Alltag kennenlernen und anwenden. Die erste Kooperation startet am 27.02.2023 mit der Partnerschule Schickhardt Gemeinschaftsschule in Stuttgart.
Stuttgart Surge and the Ministry of Education of Baden-Württemberg have started a cooperation in December 2022. This involves the support programme „Lernen mit Rückenwind“ in which students are supported in catching up on learning deficits that have occurred as a result of the pandemic. The programme provides Surge with a basis for bringing a planned school concept to schools. As a cooperation partner of the Ministry of Education, the Surge´s offer can be booked by schools. The concept is planned and implemented under the direction of Head Coach Jordan Neuman and other coaches and players with additional educational qualifications. The aim of this cooperation is to get interested children excited about football and to establish a connection to regional sports clubs. On top of that, children can get to know and to apply the positive core elements and aspects of the American philosophy of positive empowerment in everyday life. The first cooperation starts on 27.02.2023 with the partner school Schickhardt Gemeinschaftsschule in Stuttgart.
