Bryan Yankson ist Stuttgarter durch und durch! Der 28-jährige Runningback wurde in Stuttgart geboren und ist hier nicht nur sportlich zu Hause. Seit der Gründung der European League of Football und der Stuttgart Surge ist Bryan Yankson Teil des Teams und wird nach seiner Vertragsverlängerung auch in der kommenden Saison für Stuttgart auf dem Feld stehen.
Seit 2021 absolvierte der 1,73 Meter große und 90 Kilogramm schwere Runningback insgesamt 32 Spiele im Trikot der Surge und konnte dabei für 453 Yards Raumgewinn sorgen. Dabei erzielte er einen Touchdown. Yankson besticht durch seine Athletik und Schnelligkeit - so wurde er in seiner ersten Saison 2021 zum teaminternen Offensive MVP gewählt.
Vor seiner Zeit bei Surge spielte Yankson von 2014 bis 2020 bei den Stuttgart Scorpions. Die Verbundenheit zu seiner Heimat ist ihm sehr wichtig, weshalb er in der kommenden Saison einen Titel mit nach Hause bringen möchte:
