Nach zwei erfolgreichen Heimspielen in Folge steht nun wieder ein Auswärtsspiel für Stuttgart Surge an. Am Sonntag, dem 02. Juli um 14:30 Uhr, ist Kickoff im Sportpark Unterhaching für die Partie gegen die Munich Ravens.
Die Surge will nach den zwei Heimsiegen gegen die Milano Seamen und die Raiders Tirol in München den vierten Saisonsieg einfahren und weiterhin ungeschlagen bleiben. Dabei geht es gegen den Central Conference Rivalen Munich Ravens. Die Ravens stehen mit zwei Siegen und einer Niederlage auf dem dritten, die Surge mit drei Siegen aus drei Spielen auf dem ersten Platz der Central Conference.
Die Ravens sind neu in der European League of Football und konnten nach einer Niederlage im ersten Spiel gegen die Raiders Tirol zuletzt zwei Siege in Folge feiern. Besonders die Offense konnte mit 38 erzielten Punkten im Schnitt auf sich aufmerksam machen. Einen hohen Anteil daran hat der US-Amerikanische Quarterback Chad Jeffries, der bisher für 982 Yards und 10 Touchdowns warf. Seine Top-Anspielstation ist der US-Amerikaner Markell Castle, der bisher für 485 Yards und 5 Touchdowns fing. Bei den Running Backs sticht der Ire Tomiwa Oyewo heraus, der bislang 263 Yards und drei Touchdowns erzielte. Angeführt wird das Team von Head Coach John Shoop, der über reichlich NFL-Erfahrung verfügt. Von 1994 bis 2007 war er für die Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bears, Tampa Bay Buccaneers und Oakland Raiders als Quarterbacks Coach oder Offensive Coordinator tätig. Anschließend war er noch als Offensive Coordinator bei den beiden Division I Colleges North Carolina Tar Heels und Purdue Boilermakers.
Mit den zahlreichen Playmakern und dem erfahrenen Coaching Staff wartet also eine schwierige Aufgabe auf die Surge in München. Trotzdem soll am Ende der vierte Sieg in Folge stehen.
After two successful home games in a row, Stuttgart Surge now have an away game again. Kickoff is on Sunday, the 2nd of July at 2:30 p.m. at the Sportpark Unterhaching for the game against the Munich Ravens.

The Ravens are in third place in the Central Conference with two wins and one loss, while the Surge are in first place with three wins from three games.
The Ravens are new to the European League of Football and, after losing their first game against the Raiders Tirol, have recently celebrated two victories in a row. Especially the offense was able to attract attention with an average of 38 points scored.
