Die Defensive-Line von Stuttgart Surge nimmt weiter Form an. Der 24-jährige Defensive Tackle, Maximilian Dommermuth, wechselt von den Heidelberg Hunters aus der Oberliga in die European League of Football.
Statement Maximilian Dommermuth: „Ich habe mich für Stuttgart Surge entschieden, weil ich glaube, dass Stuttgart ein schlafender Riese ist und in dem Team eine Menge Potenzial steckt. Ich persönlich möchte auf dem höchsten Niveau in Europa spielen und mich mit anderen messen.“
Der Heidelberger Dommermuth verbrachte seine bisherige Karriere bei seinem Heimatverein, den Heidelberg Hunters. Dort spielte er zunächst von 2016 bis 2018 in der U-19, bevor er dann zu den Seniors aufstieg. 2016 wurde er zum Defense-MVP seiner Mannschaft ernannt. Mit den Heidelberg Hunters wurde der 1,89m große und ca. 135kg schwere Dommermuth in der Saison 2022 Oberligameister. Nun will er seine Fähigkeiten bei Stuttgart Surge in der European League of Football unter Beweis stellen.
The Defensive Line of Stuttgart Surge continues to take shape. The 24-year-old Defensive Tackle, Maximilian Dommermuth, who previously played for the Heidelberg Hunters in the Oberliga moves to the European League of Football.
Statement Maximilian Dommermuth: “I chose Stuttgart Surge because I believe that Stuttgart is a sleeping giant and there is a lot of potential in the team. Personally, I want to play and compete at the highest level of football in Europe.”
Dommermuth spent his previous career with his hometown club, the Heidelberg Hunters. There, he first played for the u-19 from 2016 to 2018 before moving up to the Seniors. In 2016, he was named his team's Defense MVP. With the Heidelberg Hunters, Dommermuth, who is 1.89m tall and weighs about 135kg, became Oberliga champion in the 2022 season. Now he wants to prove his skill with Stuttgart Surge in the European League of Football.
