Mit dem US-Amerikaner Bryce Nunnelly kommt ein weiterer Spieler mit D1-Erfahrung zu Stuttgart Surge. Der 24-jährige Wide Receiver spielte auf dem College für die University of Tennessee at Chattanooga und die Western Michigan University.

Nunnelly spielte von 2017 bis 2020 für das D1-Programm Chattanooga Mocs an der University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Dort wurde er zwei Mal zum 1st Team All- Southern Conference Wide Receiver gewählt. Außerdem war er 2018 ein Sophomore All- American und 2019 ein Academic All-American. Für sein letztes Collegejahr wechselte Nunnelly 2021 an die Western Michigan University und spielte dort für die Western Michigan Broncos. 2022 nahm er am Rookie Mini Camp der Kansas City Chiefs und der Tennessee Titans teil. In der Saison 2022 spielte Nunnelly für die Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns in der GFL. Über den NFL Alumni Academy Draft wurde Nunnelly am 8. Januar 2023 von
den St. Louis Battlehawks in der XFL unter Vertrag genommen, schaffte den Cut am 22. Januar 2023 jedoch nicht.

With the US-American Bryce Nunnelly, another player with D1 experience joins Stuttgart Surge. The 24-year-old wide receiver played for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and the Western Michigan University in college.

Nunnelly played for the D1 programme Chattanooga Mocs at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2017 to 2020. There, he was a two-time 1st Team All-Southern Conference wide receiver. He was also a Sophomore All-American in 2018 and an Academic All-American in 2019. For his final year of college, Nunnelly transferred to Western Michigan University in 2021 and played for the Western Michigan Broncos. In 2022, he participated in the Kansas City Chiefs and Tennessee Titans rookie mini camp. In the 2022 season Nunnelly played for the Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns in the GFL. Through the
NFL Alumni Academy Draft, Nunnelly was signed by the St. Louis Battlehawks in the XFL on Jan. 8, 2023, but did not make the cut on Jan. 22, 2023.
