Mit Florian Lengauer wechselt ein vielseitiger Spieler auf die Waldau. Der 25-Jährige Münchner kann sowohl als Wide Receiver als auch als Kicker und Punter eingesetzt werden.
Statement Florian Lengauer: „Ich bin sehr dankbar, dass ich mich den Stuttgart Surge anschließen darf und dass Trainer Neuman mir das Vertrauen schenkt. Ich bin dankbar für die Möglichkeit, mich in der kommenden Saison auf höchstem Niveau zu beweisen und freue mich darauf, vor so tollen Fans zu spielen und auf dem Feld alles zu geben, um dem Team zu helfen, seine Ziele zu erreichen. Lengauer begann seine Football-Karriere erst vor zwei Jahren, bei den Munich Cowboys. Dort wurde er 2021 nach seiner ersten Saison zum Rookie des Jahres seines Teams ernannt. Nach zwei Jahren bei den Munich Cowboys will der 1,81m große und ca. 93kg schwere Lengauer nun den nächsten Karriereschritt bei Stuttgart Surge gehen.
In Florian Lengauer, a multifaceted player is coming to the Waldau. The 25-year-old from Munich can play as a Wide Receiver as well as a Kicker and Punter.

I am thankful for the opportunity to prove myself at the highest level of football in the upcoming season and I am really looking forward to being surrounded by such great fans and give all I got on the field to help the team reach its goals. Personally, I am convinced that under one of the best coaching staffs in Europe I can develop myself in the best possible way and maximize my potential.
Lengauer started his football career only two years ago, with the Munich Cowboys. There, he was named his team's Rookie of the Year in 2021 after his first season. After two years with the Munich Cowboys, the 1.81m tall and approx. 93kg heavy Lengauer now wants to take the
next step in his career with Stuttgart Surge.
