Das erste Signing im Jahr 2023 bei Stuttgart Surge steht fest. Ein neuer Offensive Linemen wird in der kommenden Saison auf der Waldau spielen: Markos Dubravkic
Der 22-jährige 1,93m große und 140Kg schwere Center und Guard begann seine Football Karriere 2017 bei den Leonberg Alligators in der U19. 2019 folgte dann der Wechsel auf die Waldau zu den Scorpions, wo er zunächst ein Jahr in der U19 spielte und danach zu den Seniors wechselte.
2022 lief er dann erneut ein Jahr lang für die Leonberg Alligators auf.
Statement Markos Dubravkic: „Meine Wahl viel nicht nur für Team Surge, weil Stuttgart meine Heimatstadt ist, sondern auch weil ich denke, dass die neue Konstellation des Teams das Feuer bietet, nachdem ich suche.“
Dubravkic ist der mittlerweile siebte Offensive Linemen für die kommende Saison. Neben ihm sind Benhur Ayra, Alessandro Vergani, Luca Jokiel, Sascha Beck, Lukas Maier und Lenny Sadzik bereits fester Bestandteil der O-Line.

The 22-year-old 1.93m tall and 140Kg heavy center and guard started his football career in 2017 with the Leonberg Alligators in the U19. In 2019 followed the move to the Waldau to the Scorpions, where he first played one year in the U19 and then moved to the Seniors.
In 2022, he then ran again for a year for the Leonberg Alligators.
Statement Markos Dubravkic: "My choice was not only for Team Surge because Stuttgart is my hometown, but also because I think the new constellation of the team offers the fire I'm looking for."
Dubravkic is now the seventh offensive linemen for the upcoming season. In addition to him, Benhur Ayra, Alessandro Vergani, Luca Jokiel, Sascha Beck, Lukas Maier and Lenny Sadzik are already an integral part of the O-Line.
