Der Spruch „Never change a winning team“ steht sinnbildlich für die Planungen von Head Coach Jordan Neuman, der diese Woche sein bewusst langfristig angelegtes Engagement für Stuttgart bekanntgegeben hat und der für die Season 2024 hohe Ziele verfolgt.

Nach der erfolgreichen Saison 2023 vertraut der Texaner für das kommende Jahr auf sein bewährtes Umfeld: Stuttgart Surge setzt daher weiterhin auf die Zusammenarbeit mit den folgenden Coaches:

• Johannes Brenner (bislang Defensive Coordinator),
• Cody Pastorino (bislang Assistant Defensive Coordinator),
• Daniel McCray (bislang Linebacker Coach),
• Joshua Tapscott (bislang Running Back Coach),
• Jochen Holzinger (bislang Tight End Coach),
• Joseph „Jojo“ Joyner (bislang Wide Receiver Coach),
• Primo Lursini (bislang Defensive Back Coach),
• Friedemann Hees (bislang Analytics Coach) sowie
• Justin Bernthaler (bislang Defensive Line Coach).

Personell lautet die Leitlinie bei Jordan Neuman also: Kontinuität.

Cheftrainer Jordan Neuman über sein Coaching Staff:

"Ich freue mich sehr, zu dieser Gruppe zurückzukehren, denn diese Trainer haben bei allem, was hier in Stuttgart im letzten Jahr passiert ist, eine wichtige Rolle gespielt. Letztes Jahr ging es darum, eine Kultur aufzubauen, jetzt geht es darum, die Kontinuität dieser Kultur zu erhalten. Mit der Rückkehr unseres Teams haben wir einen großen Schritt in diese Richtung getan."

After the successful 2023 season, the Texan trusts in his proven environment for the upcoming year: Stuttgart Surge therefore continues its cooperation with the following coaches:
